von Hoydonck-68. Struck to commemorate the opening of the Maison de Surete pour Femmes at Brussels. Obverse: Outside view of jail building; Reverse: Blueprint of the jail. Well struck and quite eye appealing, the obverse features rich green toning on the right side that fades to subtle magenta on the left, while the reverse is mostly untoned. Some hairlines from cleaning are noted in the reverse left field.
