SKYTHIA. Olbia. AE 22 (9.89 gms), ca. 310-280 B.C. NGC EF, Strike: 5/5 Surface: 2/5. Smoothing.
HGC-3.2, 1887. Obverse: Head of river god Borysthenes left; Reverse: Ax and bowcase; ΘE (magistrate) left, OΛBIO. This beautifully struck exemplar displays wonderful deep obsidian colored surfaces. Some light smoothing is noted, but this is very minimal in character.
