Oddly, while no auction records appear for this note, it does appear on the Census as "Uncirculated." Looking at the note, that grade is understandable, as there appears to be almost no evidence of circulation whatsoever. However, it presently resides in an NGC EF 40 holder, and thus is offered here as such. While we cannot speak for the grading services and we have not examined it out of the holder, we would not be surprised to see a higher grade upon resubmission.
