1917 Standing Liberty Quarter. Type I. MS-66 FH (PCGS).
The quintessential type issue in the Standing Liberty quarter series, the typical Mint State 1917 Type I is sharply struck, highly lustrous and carefully preserved. The present Gem does not disappoint in any regard. The mostly brilliant, satin-white surfaces are fully defined from the rims to the centers. Traces of mottled russet color further enhance the reverse. Sure to sell for a premium bid.
