Lot of (2) "1781" (2004) Libertas Americana Medals. Modern Paris Mint Dies. Gold. Proof-68 Deep Cameo (PCGS).
40 mm. 43 grams each. Included are: No. 0023/1776; and No. 0269/1776. Both medals are housed together in a single large size PCGS holder that allows simultaneous viewing of the obverse and reverse designs. A glittering deep gold-yellow pair with pristine surfaces and extraordinary field to device contrast.
