An issue that is always in demand among specialists, the 1881 has the distinction of having been produced solely in Proof format. This fully struck example is a high quality survivor from an original mintage of just 960 pieces. Bright turquoise color circles the outer regions while deep magenta-red is at the centers. Watery fields support satiny devices, all areas being equally free of grade-limiting contact marks. Certain to impress.
