Obverse: Laureate head of Apollo right; filleted wreath star to left; Reverse: Polyhymnia, the Muse of Divine Hymns and Sacred Poerty, wearing long flowing tunic and peplum, standing right, with head facing. Struck just a slight degree off-center, this lightly toned and highly pleasing "muse" issue offers intense detail and very little evidence of handling. Furthering its appeal that much more are some glints of luster and a splendid problem-free nature.
