S-2664; N-2120. Third coinage. Obverse: James, holding sword and reins, riding caparisoned horse trotting right; Reverse: Garnished square-topped coat-of-arms. A solid example from late in the reign of James and offering a great pedigree as well, this example receives its details designation on account of some "// \\" marks behind the monarch.
