Fr. 1249. 10 Cents. Second Issue. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.
One of the scarcer fiber paper issues, this with the "18-63" and "T-1" back surcharges. Boldly printed on the face, the front, and the surcharges are clear. The back is centered high with a small piece of the next note showing at the bottom. This has led to PMG calling this a Misalignment Error.
