GERMANY. Muhlhausen-Thuringen. 6 Pfenning, 1737. NGC MS-64.
KM-57.1. After nearly three hundred years, this minor still looks just about as fresh as it did when it left the mint. Apart from magenta-gray tone present across the tops of the devices, surfaces are pure argent and billowing with satiny luster. As the single "top pop" in the NGC census, specialists should take note and bid generously, opportunities to acquire such a fine example almost never arise.
