Rev: Green Dragon tavern in center with name below, peripheral inscription FIRST MEETING HELD IN "MASON'S HALL" BOSTON / CENTENNIAL. Housed in the original black leather case with purple plush interior. The case has a weak hinge and exterior edge scuffing, but it is intact with a somewhat functional clasp. (Total: 1 medal; 1 case)
