Nomisma-VII, 72; Boston MFA-1450; SNG BN-200. Obverse: Winged sphinx crouching left; below, tunny left; Reverse: Quadripartite incuse square. An elegant mythological type, this example features a somewhat oblong flan and a few edge cracks--fairly typical aspects for this series of coinage.
