1945 United States Assay Commission Medal. Designs by Augustin Dupre. JK AC-90. Rarity-7. Bronze. Edge Incuse HON. PRESTON DELANO. Specimen-65 (PCGS).
76 mm. A second offering for this, one of the most beautifully designed and eagerly sought entries in the United States Mint's Assay Commission medal series. The original medium golden sandblast finish is almost completely undisturbed on both sides of this outstanding example.
