Fr. 2033-Cs. 1999 $10 Federal Reserve Note. Philadelphia. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. Specimen.
Unique on the PMG Pop Report, being the only 1999 Specimen $10 in any grade yet seen by PMG. The word "SPECIMEN" appears in red printed vertically twice on the front and printed horizontally twice on the back. The numerals "0003" appear at lower right on the back and the usual specimen serial number of "23456789" is seen on the front. A true prize for either the specimen collector or the fan of rare, modern banknotes.
