An extremely sought after Parisian type due to its proximity to the French Revolution, this Ecu presents muted silver gray surfaces and a hint of amber-russet tone around the legends. Any trace of hairlines is difficult to detect from most angles while some flan adjustment marks (as made) that are commonly encountered for the issue are relegated to the lower portion of the reverse, a good out-of-the-way location.
