KM-385; Welter-2813. This example from a brief five-year-type exhibits largely uniform dove gray surfaces softened by splashes of champagne and gold in the peripheries. The dies are both curiously somewhat crudely engraved, and there is in all likelihood an interesting, albeit unknown, story behind them. Attractive and intriguing.
