Description
1848-C Liberty Head Quarter Eagle. Winter-1. Die State I. EF-45 (PCGS).
Natural yellow-gold hues on the obverse and reverse and reasonably sharp. The surfaces have no deep or troubling marks, and the eye appeal is solid for this scarce date. Just 16,788 pieces were coined at Charlotte this year.
