Few of these 10,000 Francs have ever been available publicly, and this is the first in specimen guise that we recall handling despite our reputation for handling some of the finest graded Belgian Congo notes to ever come to market. Two red specimen overprints at the center with bank title and star watermarks. Dated 10-03-1942. Only 9 examples graded by PMG with this note being tied with 3 others for the finest graded.
