RUSSIA--CHINA--HARBIN. Russo-Asiatic Bank. Various Amounts, 1917. P-Unlisted. PMG Very Fine 20.
Serial number 9019. Black text on white paper with details filled in by hand. Very little information can be obtained for this note but presumably officially issued cheques by the Russo-Asiatic Bank were allowed to circulate in HARBIN as currency. The first time seen by the cataloguer and extremely rare.
