Hailing from a small town in Alfalfa County along Oklahoma's border with Kansas, Carmen is a rare locality despite being home to four issuing banks. Of those, The First National Bank in Carmen represents the most readily available of these with 21 notes enumerated in the National Bank Note Census. This note represents the lowest serial recorded on its charter and should make for a rare opportunity for the devoted specialist of Oklahoma Nationals. PMG comments "Stains Lightened."
