New York, New York. Bull's Head Bank of the City of New York. 1862 $5. Haxby 1475-005-G12. PMG Fine 12.

An elusive issued note with this from a later release from the bank. The central vignette is horses and men on horseback with a Bank Department die at right. The bull depicted at left almost seems to be smiling. Despite the circulation endured this note retains some eye appeal due to its design and bold colors.
