Plate A. Four POC's along the signature panels. Printed on India paper. Mounted to cardstock. Imprint of Baldwin, Adams & Co. New York. Sailors with women at center. State Banking Department die at left. Agriculture at right. The bank was organized in 1852 and eventually became the National Nassau Bank of New York, charter 9939. That national bank opened in 1911 and closed three years later.
