Hailing from a scarce charter in southern Los Angeles county, this example is just 1 of 15 notes recorded at the present by the National Bank Note Census, and is currently tied for the finest example available on this institution. The penned signatures of Cashier Charles Nicolai and President Walter A. Bonynge Sr. remain plainly legible against bright paper. Noted for "Exceptional Paper Quality" by PMG.
