Unfunded and non-loaded. Though noted as Silver (Ag) on the ICG label, we believe this to be struck in silver-plated Bronze. The Russian Roulette issue is interesting but somewhat controversial for several reasons. This was originally released under a lottery format where the buyers would be unaware of which coin in each 6-coin series would be funded. However, this became problematic and the later series were planned with a conventional pre-funded format. There was also a tremendous surprise among collectors when the Bronze coins arrived with an identical appearance to their full silver counterparts. Apparently, only a few small design elements were supposed to be silver-gilt but instead the entire coin was plated. Because of these issues, not all examples were distributed and they seldom trade on the secondary market. This sale represents our first offering of the type.
