Included are: Connecticut State National Guard: 10 Years Service, awarded, but illegible, with eagle hanger; New York State National Guard: 7th Regiment Veteran, No. 1712, awarded to Private Carleton James, Company K, suspended from blue ribbon with pin back hanger inscribed PRO PATRIA ET GLORIA; (2) 10 Years Service, Nos. 390 and 2201; and Rhode Island Militia: Long Service, suspended from a tattered ribbon with two 3-Years bars and SEMPER PARATUS hanger. Also included in this lot is a 1962 American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Medal of Honor, awarded, suspended from lengthy yellow-blue ribbon.
