ATTICA. Athens. AR Tetradrachm (17.15 gms), ca. 440-404 B.C. NGC Ch EF, Strike: 5/5 Surface: 2/5. Smoothing.
Svoronos-14 #16. Helmeted head of Athena facing right; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing, olive sprig and crescent moon behind, all within incuse square. Some smoothing evident just before Athena's bust. Appealing dark tone throughout.
