CANADA. Banque Nationale. 20 Dollars, 2.10.1871. CH# 510-12-08a. PMG About Uncirculated 50.
Black "XX" overprint. Perforated cancelled, as virtually always. A high grade example of this scarce 1871 issue from this Quebec City based bank. This example is surpassed in the PMG population report by just a single finer example and based on the 2022 edition of the Canadian Note Registry near the top of the condition census. PMG comments "Perforation Cancelled."
