Fonrobert-9566. Weight: 26.89 gms. In commemoration of the Proclamation of Belzu. Obverse: angel blowing horn and flying before cloud, holding banner at left inscribed VIVA / BOLIVIA and laurel wreath at right encircling XX / EL JRAL / BELZU within legend EL DEPARTAMENTO DE POTOSI EN and date 1852 at bottom; Reverse: radiant temple surrounded by legend AL SER SUPREMO QUE SALVO A BOLIVIA and with EN 6 D SEPTIEMBRE / DE 1850 in exergue.
