RUSSIA--NORTH RUSSIA. Chaikovskiy Government. 5 Rubles, 1919. P-S146s. Specimen. PMG Choice About Uncirculated 58 EPQ.
Similar in design to State Credit Notes but issued by the Chaikovskiy Government and printed by the English firm of Waterlow & Sons. This example the only such specimen in the PMG population report and a fresh and original example that just saw a bit of handling over the years, thus limiting the grade. Still with fantastic originality and a welcome addition to an advanced Russian collection.
