RUSSIA--PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT. Government Credit Note. 50 Rubles, 1919. P-39Bs. Specimen. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
A wonderful and appealing specimen from this colorful series produced by the American Bank Note Company for the Russian provisional government. A lovely example that no doubt would have received a Gem Uncirculated grade if the centering on the front was just a bit better.
