ENGLAND: Charles II, 1660-1685, cast AE medal (18.47g), 1682, MI i-260, Eimer-262b, 39mm, Commemorating the Visit of the Ambassadors of Morocco & Bantam to England in 1682, good cast bronze version of the silver medal made by G. Bower; bust of Keay Nabee, Ambassador of Bantam, three-quarters, right, in Oriental dress with singular head-dress // bust of Named Hamet, Ambassador of Morocco, right, in Oriental dress with turban, F-VF. The ambassadors visited Charles II’s court at different times in 1682 to arrange trade treaties.
