BURMESE KINGDOMS: TENASSERIM-PEGU: Anonymous, 18th/19th century, octagonal cast large tin coin (42.37g), VC-620, cf. Robinson Plate 13.6, 61.5mm, knotted dragon (Naga) left with long protruding pointed tongue, without the flower above, extremely rare type without the pedestal below the dragon // 3-line Burmese legend (Robinson legend B4); superb example! choice XF-AU, RR. Although the round version of this type is relatively available, the octagonal version is extremely rare, with none on CoinArchives.
