Description
UMAYYAD: AE fals (1.81g), al-Mubaraka (=Balkh), AH119, A-C204.2, evenly worn, some porosity and a few corrosion spots, nonetheless reasonably attractive, F-VF, RR. According to al-Tabari, al-Mubaraka was a temporary epithet for Balkh; it was used for silver coinage between AH106-110 and 116-120.
