CHAGHATAYID KHANS: Buyan Quli Khan, 1348-1359, AR dinar (6.67g), Urdubazar, AH7(57), A-2007, SNAT-XVa.3 (same dies), Zeno-174665 (same dies), important type, which has the ruler's name in Uighur within the obverse center, and formerly in Arabic in the reverse center, but covered over with decorative reengraving, VF, RR, ex M.H. Mirza Collection. Zeno-166258 and SNAT-XVa.3, as well as Zeno-174668 are all struck from the same pair of dies, the first two with the ruler's name "buyan quli " in Arabic, the third one and this piece after his name has been decorated over.
