Obv: head of Roma right, wearing winged and crested Corinthian helmet; X (mark of value) behind, ROMA below. Rev: helmeted Roma seated right on two shields and helmet, holding spear; at her feet, [wolf standing right, head reverted, suckling Romulus and Remus]; in left and right fields, two birds flying towards her.
