Roman Amuletic Gold Pendant 3rd-4th century A.D. An amuletic gold pendant or case composed of a tubular body with pyramid granules to the lower edge and granulated loops to the upper, applied gold wire waves between horizontal tracks to the front face. 3.06 grams, 33 mm (1 1/4 in.). Acquired before 1999. Collection of a late Mayfair, London, gentleman.
