A carved oolitic limestone figure of Saint Roch, standing wearing a draped floor-length robe and hooded cloak, gripping a crook in his right hand and supporting a model tower in his left; his hound sitting beside his left leg; mounted on a wooden plinth base with dais. 627 grams, 16.7 cm high (1 kg total, 24.5 cm high including stand) (6 1/2 in. (9 5/8 in.)). From a 1970s collection, based on the custom-built display base. Property of a Glasgow lady. Accompanied by scholarly note TL05434 by Dr Ronald Bonewitz.
