West African Carved Dan Tribal Mask
20th century A.D. or earlier. Carved with stylised facial features, raised brows and high forehead, hollow eyes and lips slightly ajar; pierced around the edge for attachment; Liberia region. 418 grams, 27.5 cm (10 3/4 in.).
Ex late Walter Steinberg collection. Property of a lady, by inheritance. [No Reserve]
