Description
Natural History - Historic Cronstedtite Mineral Specimen
Comprising a heterogenic mass of dark brown crystals with white quartz; supplied in a display box. 41 grams, 57 mm including box (2 in.).
Collected in person from various parts of the world mainly between 1957-1966. From the private mineral collection of Stephen Atkinson, Harpenden, UK. Accompanied by a copy of a letter from the vendor giving details of him collecting these minerals throughout his life.
Cronstedtite is an uncommon mineral that occurs as a hydrothermal product in ore veins. [No Reserve]
