Obverse: Saint martyr Theodore stratelates standing facial and nimbate, wearing military garments, holding spear in his right and resting his left on a shield, sigla, Ο/(ΑΓΙΟC)/ΘΕ/Ο/ΔΟ-ΡΟC/O/CΤΡΑ/Τ(ΗΛΑΤΗC) (Saint Theodore stratelates), all within dotted border.
Reverse: Inscription in 7 lines, +ΓΡΑΦ/ΑC.ΑΝΤΑC../CΦΡΑΓ,ΧΑ[Μ]/ΔΟΥΝΙΩC[ΤΡΑ]/ΤΗΓΩΤΗCΑ/ΝΑΤ,SΚΟΥ/ΡΟΠ, = Γραφὰς ... σφραγίζω Χαμδουνίῳ στρατηγῷ τῆς ἀνατολῆς καὶ κουροπαλάτῃ (I hereby seal the writings of Chamdounios strategos of the East and kouropalates), all within dotted border.
